Upon purchase, you are granted access to the purchased Product for the lifetime of that specific Product's availability. Lifetime access means the lifetime of the Product offering, not the lifetime of the purchaser.
2.2 Updates vs. New Products

  • Included: You will receive minor updates, bug fixes, and edits to the specific PDF/Course you purchased at no extra cost.

  • Excluded: Entirely new volumes, 2.0 versions, or distinct products released in the future are not included in your original purchase.
    2.3 Downloadable Content
    For downloadable products (PDFs, eBooks), you are responsible for downloading and saving the files to your personal device. We are not obligated to host these files indefinitely.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 Ownership
All content—including the Guardian System, Silent Pain Decoder, Toxin Audit, videos, graphics, and written material—is the sole intellectual property of Chow From Home LTD and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.
3.2 Limited License
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use only.
3.3 Prohibited Uses
You may NOT:

  • Share, distribute, or email our PDFs to others (including friends or family).

  • Post our content on public websites or file-sharing platforms.

  • Use our content to train others or create your own pet health course.

  • Remove any copyright or Chow From Home branding.

4. VETERINARY & MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

4.3 Emergency Situations
If your pet is showing signs of severe distress, illness, or emergency, contact your local veterinarian or emergency animal hospital immediately. Do not rely on our guides for emergency triage.

5. Payment Terms

All prices are stated in U.S. Dollars (USD).
5.2 Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us at support@chowfromhome.com to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to immediately revoke access to all products and contest the dispute with evidence of your download/access.

6. REFUND POLICY (3-Day Guarantee)

6.1 The Guarantee
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with the Product, you may request a full refund within 3 days (72 hours) of the original purchase date.
6.2 How to Request
To initiate a refund, you must email support@chowfromhome.com before the 72-hour window expires.
6.3 Effect of Refund
Upon processing a refund, your license to use the content is immediately revoked. You must delete all downloaded copies of the PDFs and materials from your devices. Continued use of refunded materials is a violation of intellectual property laws.

7. Results Disclaimer

7.1 No Health Guarantees
While our products are based on sound principles of holistic health and stewardship, we make no guarantees regarding specific health outcomes for your pet. Factors such as genetics, age, environment, and previous medical history play a significant role in your pet's health.
7.2 Testimonials

8. Affiliate & Third-Party Disclaimers

You may have been introduced to our Products through a third-party affiliate (such as a Church, Non-Profit, or Influencer). These Affiliates are independent parties. Chow From Home LTD is not responsible for any claims, promises, or representations made by Affiliates that contradict these Terms.
8.2 Product Recommendations
We may recommend third-party supplements, foods, or tools. We may receive a commission if you purchase through our links. However, we are not responsible for the quality, safety, or shipping of products sold by third-party vendors.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chow From Home LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data, pet illness, or veterinary costs) arising out of the use or inability to use our Products. 11. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Dakota, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11.2 Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved first through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in North Dakota.
11.3 Class Action Waiver
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

12. SMS/Text Messaging (Transactional Only)

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive transactional text messages regarding your order (e.g., receipt, login details). We will not send marketing SMS messages unless you explicitly opt-in to a specific marketing list. You may reply STOP to opt-out at any time.
